Shipping Information

Orders via First Class Mail must be placed by 11:00 AM EST on Monday, December 17th to ensure delivery for Christmas. Orders via 2 day shipping must be placed by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 19th.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on any business day will be shipped that day. All other orders will ship on the next business day. Standard shipping is via First Class Mail from New York, and will take 3 to 5 business day depending on your location. Express shipping via UPS two day air is also available.

Return Policy - Satisfaction is guaranteed. Refund of the purchase price (not including shipping charges) will be given if a product is returned in saleable condition within 30 days from purchase or within 30 days from Christmas day. Defective products can be returned for a replacement.
